Fulfilment & Dispatch: Our team processes, fulfils, and dispatches orders from 419 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day. It's essential to verify your address accuracy before checkout, and please notify us promptly if there are any mistakes. Orders that have already been shipped and require re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee to cover retrieval and resending. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking: After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Alternatively, you can log into your Basfoods account to check the status. Once you have the tracking number, it's your responsibility to stay updated. For any courier issues, please contact them directly. While we're available to assist, once dispatched, it's out of our control.

Refunds: Basfoods reserves the right to issue a refund for your order if we determine it unsuitable for shipping or for any other valid reason, which will be communicated at the time of refund.
