Shipping Overview
Basfoods ships Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse using trusted carriers including Australia Post and national courier partners. We aim to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently so your products arrive as soon as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, promotions, or seasonal demand, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, parcel weight and size, and shipping service selected. Any free shipping promotions or order value thresholds will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Refrigerated & Frozen Items
Some products sold by Basfoods require refrigeration or freezing. These items may not be eligible for standard shipping and may only be available for local pickup or limited delivery areas. If refrigerated or frozen items are added to your cart, shipping options may be restricted at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Basfoods cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be re-delivered due to an address error.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available from our Melbourne warehouse. If this option is selected at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
