Prices listed online are exclusive to online purchases and may differ from in-store prices.

Fulfilment & Dispatch

Our team processes, fulfils, and dispatches all online orders from 419 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Monday to Friday.

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed before 12pm may be processed the same business day where possible.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order has already been shipped and requires re-delivery due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply to cover retrieval and resending.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow its progress. You can also log into your Basfoods account to check your order status at any time.

After dispatch, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates. For delivery-related issues, please contact Australia Post directly. While we’re always happy to assist where possible, courier delays are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over.

Refunds

Basfoods reserves the right to issue a refund if an order is deemed unsuitable for shipping or for any other valid reason. This will be communicated at the time of refund.
