This stuff is absolutely delicious! Great if you're cutting out sugar.

was so easy to make

It was so easy, 1200gr of Sugar and 1200ml of Milk , Mix together in a pot in low heat for 10 mins or until it comes to a boil.
Then let it cool down while you prepare your Kataifi on a tray, pour over then you can sprinkle any nuts of your choice !!
